Description	Come out to our auction house for our Dealer Draw Auction! Doors open at 5:30pm and we draw at 6:15. The house will sell for 15 minutes following the draw. Dealers from all over the area bring truckloads of great merchandise to sell. We never know what we will have to sell. New items, gently used items, antique items, and collector items. We'll bring it in and sell it! Anyone can sell! If you are interested, please contact us or show up to draw for spots at 6:15.

AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS PLEASE NOTE: Bidders acknowledge that they have read these terms & conditions of sale and agree to be bound thereby. If you have questions, please ask a staff member. 10% buyer's premium added to all lots purchased You must have a number to bid and shall supply your full name, address, and telephone number. A valid picture ID is required. The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item listed for sale or add any item not listed for sale and also reserves the right to group or separate items. Please do not move items from their original place on the sales floor. If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the Auctioneer may decide the same or may put the lot up for sale again to the highest bidder. The decision of the Auctioneer shall be final and absolute. The auctioneer is not responsible for any description, authenticity, usability, defects in, or value of any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale cancelled due to any incorrectness in description or imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged items as all goods are exposed for inspection prior to the sale. All lots are to be paid in full by cash, approved check, MC, Visa, or Discover Card. The Auctioneer reserves the right to not accept a check. There will be a $35 service charge for any returned check. Minimum bids or reserves may be placed on certain lots. The Auctioneer has the right to refuse ANY bid. Removal of purchased lots shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. LOTS MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE REMOVAL. Please do not handle or remove items you did not purchase. Claims must be made with receipt to the seller within 14 days. Claims may or may not be honored by replacement or credit at the seller's discretion. Persons attending during the sale or removal of goods assume all risk of damage of or loss to person or property and specifically release the Auctioneer and Seller from liability thereof. Neither the Auctioneer nor his principle shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held. PLEASE WATCH YOUR CHILDREN CAREFULLY!! All lots sold "as is", "where is". ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any additional terms or conditions added by Auctioneer shall be announced prior to the auction and shall take precedence over all other terms and conditions printed or otherwise.
