Description	This auction will be for a group of storage units at Canyon Lake. This will be to pay the lein held on them and they will be sold to the highest bidder without reserve. Once you have been confirmed as the winning bidder, and you have a paid invoice, you will contact the storage facility to make an appointment. A deposit must be made to the storage facility (per unit) which will be returned once each unit is emptied and swept. The smaller units will be $50 and the larger units will be $100. All units must be cleaned out by October 1.

Terms and Conditions

All units are sold as is, where is. No warranty can be made on anything found within the units There is a 15% buyer's premium Most units will have a refundable $50 or $100 deposit per unit. The deposit will be paid to the storage unit facility and will be returned once the unit has been cleaned to the satisfaction of the storage unit facility managers The photographer was held to the same standards as a regular storage unit auction as he was not allowed into the unit to take the photos. Payment Terms	Buyers' premium will be 15% and the tax rate is 8.25%. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Check and cash. Another form of payment is through Paypal at yourstuffsells@aol.com. A 3% discount on the buyer's premium will be given when paid in cash only.

Shipping / Pick Up

Local pick-up only. Once the units have been paid for, you will contact the storage facility to make an appointment. A deposit will be made. Once the unit has been emptied to the satisfaction of the storage facility, the facility manager will return the deposit. All units must be emptied by October 1.
