TWO TRACTS W/10 YR OLD PINE PLANTATION SEVIER COUNTY LAND AUCTION Bid Date: Thursday, August 22, 2019 @ 11:00 a.m. Method of Sale: This auction will be held at Mary Pop's Restaurant in 116 Hwy 71, DeQueen. This will be held live onsite and online. Conditions of Sale: 1. The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. 2. Seller will have until 5PM auction day to accept or reject the final bid. 3. Property will be sold by the acre. No survey will be provided. If Buyer wants a survey, Buyer will pay for it and the price will be subject to change at closing if the new survey is more that one-half (½) acre + or - of the advertised acreage. 4. There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to the final bid to determine the total contract price. For example, if you bid $1,000 per acre bid price x 100 acres = total bid of $100,000. Then the buyer's premium of 10% ($10,000) will be added to the bid for a total contract price of $110,000. Upon the acceptance from the seller, an offer and acceptance contract will be entered into by the buyer and seller, and within forty-eight (48) hours, tender non-refundable earnest money in the amount of $5,000 PER TRACT.
