Vintage 45 RPM Records from 1950's and 1960's
AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be 18 years old in order to place a bid. REGISTERED BIDDER/AUCTION DEPOSIT: Bidders are required to register at the registration desk before bidding. Utah state sales tax of 6.25% is added all purchases and there is a 12% buyer's premium on all purchases. We do accept resale permits, but they must be presented when registering to be used for the current auction. Individuals who do not pay for their auction purchases will be required to pay a $100 deposit prior to bidding in future auctions. SALES POLICY: There are no returns or exchanges. All items are sold as is with all faults, imperfections, omissions and errors in the written description and images. Neither Jexters Auctions nor the auctioneer is responsible for any errors or omissions in the description or photography provided. Verifying the condition and description of an item is the sole responsibility of the bidder prior to placing any bids. TERMS OF SALE: We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. All purchases must be paid for on the day of the sale. Items not fully paid for within one hour following the auction will be considered abandoned and all rights thereto are forfeited. Exceptions require approval from Jexters Auctions. RECEIPT: Buyers will be provided a receipt for their purchases at the completion of the auction. This receipt must be authenticated by a Jexters Auctions representative before removal from the auction house. Removal of items during the auction will be allowed if the representative determines that the removal will not interfere with the remainder of the auction. Once items purchased are collected by the buyer, they will be presented to a Jexters Auctions representative for item and payment verification prior to removal from the premises. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to make sure that all items he/she purchased are accounted for. REMOVAL/ABANDONED LOTS: Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at the time of purchase who then assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. All buyer merchandise in the current auction may only remain on the sale premises until Monday at 4:00PM. Purchased lots not claimed by the Monday following the auction will be considered abandoned and any payments made on the lots will be forfeited. All abandoned lots will become the property of Jexters Auctions and will be donated, disposed of, or sold at the discretion of Jexters Auctions. All proceeds and profits collected from the sale of abandoned lots will belong solely to Jexters Auctions. BIDDER/AUCTIONEER DISPUTES: The Auctioneer will designate the purchaser of each item at the close of the bidding. Auctioneer reserves the right to re-open bidding on any lots at his discretion and can do so for any reason. The auctioneer's word is final. CHILDREN: All children must be accompanied by their parents or guardians at all times. Children may not participate in the bidding process. Parents or guardians must ensure children remain quiet and well behaved so as not to interfere with the auction process. Parents or guardians are responsible to compensate the winning bidder or Jexters Auctions for any property damaged by the child. Repeated negligence of children will preclude the parent or guardian from attending future auctions. NO PETS OR OTHER ANIMALS INJURY AND DAMAGE: Bidders and consignors acknowledge they are fully responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by themselves or their agents and agrees to hold harmless Jexters Auctions and auctioneer.

Payment Terms
PAYMENT - IMMEDIATE PAYMENT IS REQUIRED. All property purchased must be paid for immediately at conclusion of auction. Payments are to be made in U.S. currency VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Invoice amount will be for the winning bid amount plus buyer's premium 12% and if Utah residence, 6.35% sales tax unless a valid tax exempt form is on file with Jexters. Credit card on file will be charged immediately at the end of the live auction. Credit card will be charged shipping and handling after items are packaged and shipping amount is calculated (you may see 2 separate charges). If you plan on using a different credit card than the credit card on file or you plan on making payment via PayPal please notify Jexters prior to the conclusion of the auction. Declined credit cards may be charged a $30 processing fee. Local buyers - can pay cash or check on pick up. Please notify us prior to the auction if possible or ASAP so we do not ship your items.
Shipping: Jexters Auctions has an in-house shipping department and will ship most items; unless items states “No Shipping Provided” in the lot item description. We do not provide crating. We do not ship furniture items. We combine shipping unless it would be cost effective to do otherwise. a. Shipping charges are: Exact cost, depending on weight, size, and distance as the shippers' fee schedules dictate. 1. Each package is insured based on invoice value. 2. A handling fee of $3.50 charged to each shipment. 3. There will be a $2.25 charge for signature confirmation on shipments over $100. b. We generally use United State Postal and FedEx shipping services. c. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER TO VERIFY AND CONFIRM THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AS IT APPEARS ON EACH INVOICE (Found in the “Sold To” section of each invoice). d. Once shipping cost has been determined for each buyer, a second credit card charge will be processed for the full cost of shipping.
