For Credit Card Purchases at Pickup: Name on Credit Card Must Match Name on Drivers License Please bring email printed invoice when you are picking up item/s. Credit Card Purchases have a 3.5% Convenience charge. By bidding on items you are committing to purchase said items. You will not be allowed to bid on future auctions if payment is not received. Waters Auction service reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! THERE ARE NO RETURNS REFUNDS EXCHANGES OR BUYBACKS! Bidder waives their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back any credit/debit card purchase. Credit/debit card must match drivers license when paying at pick up. All items must be removed during the defined dates and times of auction pick up or other arrangements must be made before the close of the auction and a additional fee may apply. Failure to pick up items by the deadline shall be deemed abandoned and buyer will lose any and all rights, title, or interest of items. No bids can be withdrawn after the auction for any reason. Bidding is like eBay type bidding. We recommend all bidders place their maximum bid when placing bids online. If you place your maximum bid the software will play out the bids just as you would at a live auction, and only use the funds required to beat out other bidders at prescribed bid increments. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Bidder who bid online and do not attend the preview Day and Time understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they had inspected it i person and must accept the item as is with no warranties or guarantees. Waters Auction Service highly recommends previewing the items personally if at all possible during the preview times. It is the sole responsibility of bidder to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determining factor of the items being purchased. Waters Auction Service shall not be held responsible. It is the bidder sole responsibiltiy to judge value of item and bid accordingly. Shipping is available for certain items(No Large Items). Should the winning bidder require shipping, they must contact Waters Auction Service within 24 hour of the end of auction to make arrangments and payment for items and shipping cost. All shipping, insurance and handling charges must be paid prior to item being shipped. Waters Auction Service reserves the right tp pause, cancel,and/or re-open the auction due to inclement weather or in the event of systems failure.
