Let your inspection be your guide. When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agree that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium. All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights.. Since vehicles, items and equipment are being sold "AS IS - WHERE IS", it means that the purchaser is buying "with all faults" and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied. Any information regarding the item provided by the seller is for convenience only.
