After you place a bid and the system accepts that bid, it cannot be retracted. All of the items that are sold at the auction companies facility are available for preview before the auction. Auction company makes no guarantee on the authenticity of any items being sold. We will represent any defects that we are made aware of or that we notice during cataloging. If you are the successful bidder on any item(s) you will receive an invoice in the email that you used to register with. On this invoice the pickup location and the pickup times are stated. The pickup times are also stated before the bidding begins. If you are unable to meet these guidelines please do not place bids. There will be no refunds and can lead to a permanent decline from bidding with this company. PAYMENT: No items will be relased until payments are made in full. Acceptable forms of payment are as followed: Cash, Check, Wire transfer (with a $25.00 fee), or Credit Card (with additional 4% fee). Checks must clear the bank before items will be released. It is the buyer's responsiblity to understand all the terms and conditions prior to submitting any/all bids. Bidding: When you bid your max, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before auction begins. If a floor bidder lands on the same number as your max bid, then the floor bidder will override the internet max bid. PAYMENT: All payments must clear the bank before items can be picked up.
