TAXES: 2018 Taxes will be given as a credit @ closing with 2019 taxes & all taxes thereafter being paid by the Buyer(s). FARM RIGHTS: Buyer will receive the 2019 farm cash rent. MINERAL RIGHTS: All mineral rights belonging to Seller will transfer with property. ACCEPTANCE OF BID PRICE: Sellers have the right to accept or reject the final bid price.
