Terms and Conditions: This is an online only auction. There is NO BUYER'S PREMIUM but a 3% fee will be assessed to Buyers wanting to use credit cards for final payment. We accept Electronic Funds Transfer, Cash, or Cashier's Checks payable to Ages Professional Services in lieu of credit card payment. Credit cards accepted are Mastercard / Visa only. We do not accept Discover or American Express. Bidding process is timed but will reset and continue if a bid is received in the final three minutes. As long as bids are received on an item it will be extended until there are no more bids. Due to this being a bulk bid the bidding increments have been set at $1,000. Bidders will be required to post a refundable security deposit of $1,000 prior to being allowed to bid (contact Jeremy). Upon completion of auction all bidders who did not have a winning bid will receive a full refund. Inspection appointments are available prior to sale to form your own opinions of value and determine what is entailed in moving and storing merchandise. General Public Inspection is on Tuesday, 2/12/19 from 12P to 2P. All items are sold "as is / where is". Ages Professional Services & Associates and their client make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in any lot and will not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. Always make a personal inspection before bidding, and bid according to your observations or beliefs. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to remove items purchased and secure all safety equipment to meet all applicable government safety standards. A refundable clean up deposit of $5,000 is required of the winning bidder prior to the removal of merchandise from the property. No forklift will be available and all property must be removed approximately 72 hours from close of sale unless other arrangements have been made with landlord. Landlord is willing to consider lease options for those who wish to remain on the premises long term or turn-key operation. Applicable sales tax will be added to the purchase of all taxable items. Dealers who purchase for resale must file resale certificate with Ages. Purchaser/bidder does indemnify and hold harmless auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or to property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or during the removal of items purchased.
