Terms and Conditions for Online Only Auctions Terms & Payment: Payment forms accepted are Cash, Check, Credit card. 6% Pennsylvania Sales will be applied to all purchases unless you have a valid PA Resale number on file. A 13% Buyers Premium added to all purchases. Registration: All bidders will be required to register on www.gatewayauction.com in order to bid. Information required will be Name, Address, Phone, E-mail address etc. All registered bidders must be at least 18 years of age. The act of completing the registration means you have read & agree to all terms/conditions of the auction. Bidding: Bidders are responsible for payment and pick-up. Bids may not be retracted for any reason. By bidding, you agree to all terms/conditions. Bidding may extend beyond closing time. Gateway Gallery Auction will not be held responsible for inability to bid due to technical difficulties. AS-IS No Refunds or Returns Accepted for any Reason: All items are sold AS-IS, Where-IS, no guarantee, warranty or representation expressed or implied as to the quantity, kind, size, quality, weights, contents or description of any of the property or its fitness for any use or purpose whatsoever. Auction will do our best to be accurate, it is the responsibility of the bidders/buyers to satisfy themselves as to condition. Removal: Items MUST be picked during one of the days/time frames provided. The buyer is solely responsible for the pickup of all lots purchased at his/her own expense during the specified pick up time frame. Failure to pick up the items in the specified time window will result in a forfeiture of the items without refund. The seller is not required, for any reason, to provide an alternative time, location, method or pick-up or shipping. We will have very limited assistance for buyers so come prepared with boxes, man power and vehicle to haul items appropriately.
