All items and lots are being sold as is, where is. Items do not include any form of warrenty or guarantee. The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the buyers responsibilty to view, inspect and test the items on or during the inspection dates. If a buyer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccuate information. The buyer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic conditon, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities.

Shipping / Pick Up

Shipping assistance and shipping will be available for this auction. Please contact in advance before the auction close date if you would like shipping or shipping assistance. Charges will apply for assistance. All items must be picked up on the specified dates as set in the dates section. Failure to pickup your items on the dates designated with result forfeiture of all items without the option for a refund. The buyer is responsible for the removal and loading of all puchased equipment. Forklift loading assistance will only be offered for items that require a forklift. The buyer is responsible for bringing all other assistance needed in the loading process. C2 Management will offer shipping on 10 items and less of ground items through UPS for an additional charge and buyer pays shipping cost. C2 Management will offer shipping on 2 items and less of ground items through UPS freight for an additional charge and buyer pays shipping cost. Please contact with any questions.
