The seller has 21 days to produce the title. If after the 21 days have passed and you have not received your title, you may return the vehicle for a full refund. (It is recommended that the purchaser NOT spend any money on the vehicle until title is received). Vehicles left on auction lot are done so at the sole responsibility of the owner of the vehicle.
