Please refer to online VIN checks for accuracy. All vehicles are subject to Indiana Sales Tax (7%) unless you hold a valid Auto Dealer License. The cataloged vehicles are scheduled to be sold at auction. Any vehicle may be pulled at the owner's discretion at any time. (TA) means theTITLE is ABSENT. The seller has 21 days to produce the title. If after the 21 days have passed and you have not received your title, you may return the vehicle for a full refund. (It is recommended that the purchaser NOT spend any money on the vehicle until title is received). Vehicles left on auction lot are done so at the sole responsibility of the owner of the vehicle. Goods left more than 10 days at our facility are subject to resale without notice for storage fees. The vehicle title must be in the seller’s name. Open titles are not accepted. Temporary License Plates are available to purchase for $15.00 per vehicle. (Valid for 45 days) Method of payment is by Cash, Check or Credit/Debit card with a 3% processing fee.
