Please bring boxes ,packing materials and furniture help when picking up your items. If you are not going to be able to pick up your items please do not bid. Anyone not picking up bid items will be blocked from future bidding. Otherwise I thank everyone who does follow through. We couldn't do it without you. Many Thanks. PICK UP TIME is MONDAY 12/17 & TUESDAY 12/18 from 10-6 pm. after the day the sale ends. NO SHIPPING unless discussed before bidding. OUT OF STATE BIDDERS, besides Delaware & Virginia please contact us before bidding. Please do not bid until you have viewed to distance to travel to us. Buyer's Premium is 15% and Sales Tax is 6%. ALL items are sold without warranty or guarantees. Please utilize the preview option if you are unsure about an item that you are going to bid on. Preview of auction items are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 12-6 and Friday 12-4 before the sale ends on Sunday at 5 pm. No returning items. Don't forget we also consign for the online auctions. Payment & PICKUP is MONDAY 12/17 and TUESDAY 12/18 from 10-6 pm. ONLY. We need that extra day to set the store up for the next auctions. Lots of items coming in dailey and no room. Payment in the form of Cash, Approved Check, Paypal, Debit and Credit Card. Anyone not picking won items up on the scheduled pickup day forfeits their items and these items will be then be disposed of at the stores discretion. 15% Buyers premium & 6% Sales tax on total order. Preview is available on Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday 12-6 pm. & Friday from 12-4 pm. and All Sales Final. Buying As Is, Where Is & with no warranties. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our discretion.
