<strong>AUCTION PICKUP:</strong> Winning items will be available to pick up from our warehouse at <a href="https://goo.gl/maps/NCyZLyw8kco" target="_blank">1029 East Gude Drive, Suite 102, Rockville, MD</a> starting <strong>Thursday, November 8</strong> during regular business hours (10:00 am - 6:00 pm). All items from this auction must be picked up by the end of business (1:00 pm) on <strong>Saturday, November 13</strong>. Special handling, including shipping request, must be requested <em>prior</em> to the end of the auction. <p/>Before you bid, users must register online. To help verify your identity, you must register? using a valid credit or debit card. Validation requires requesting a $1 hold on funds of the credit or debit card. This is a hold that will eventually expire. It is not a charge. <p/>BIDDERS WHO WOULD LIKE THEIR ITEMS SHIPPED MUST REGISTER WITH THEIR BILLING/SHIPPING ADDRESS. <p/>At the end of the auction, the credit or debit card you used to register for the auction will be charged. Please make sure your credit or debit card information is up to date and has enough space for the charge. <p/>Maryland law requires all purchases to include the state's 6-percent sales tax. If you are a reseller or are registering on behalf of a tax-exempt organization you must enter the information when you register. Resellers must provide a copy of their valid Sales &amp; Use Tax License. Tax-exempt organizations must provide the Sales and Use Tax Exemption for your organization. We are required to maintain this information by law and will not make any exceptions. <p/>Maryland law requires sales taxes to be collected on all purchases less than $200 regardless of reseller status. <p/>A buyer's premium of <strong>15-percent</strong> will be added to every purchase. <p/>This is a &ldquo;soft close&rdquo; auction. If a bid is received in the last 30 seconds before the auction closes, the bidding is extended for another 30 seconds. This will continue until at least 30 seconds passes after the final bid. <p/>All items are sold <em>AS IS, WHERE IS</em>.
