Description	2018 Winter Consignment Auction Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 9:00 AM EST On-Site at our Facility: Mort's Auction Field 4377 E. US Hwy 36 Markleville, IN 46056 We will be accepting larger consignments only for this auction.

Terms and Conditions

Terms: Cash, Checks will be scanned for verification and electronic deposit. Payment by Check and/or Credit Cards ( Master Card, Visa, or Discover) will be charged 3% in additon to the purchased amount. This applies to onsite and Internet bidders All items to be removed from auction field within 1 week unless arrangements have been made with Management. All purchased items become the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as the item is sold. There will be a Title/Document Fee add to all Titled items $20 Paid by Seller $40 Paid by Buyer. Fee includes: Title processing and USPS Priority Mail (with tracking number) delivery, if applicable. No Buyers Premium for On-Site Buyers , Internet Buyers will have a 5% buyers premium with a maximum cap of $750 per item.

Shipping / Pick Up

All items to be removed from auction field within 1 week unless arrangements have been made with Management. All purchased items become the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as the item is sold. Normal business hours are 10am to 4pm Monday thru Friday. If another time for pick up or uloading is necessary please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to make arrangements. Shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. Auction company will assist with normal loading of the equipment. Any dismantling of equipment for shipping is the responsibility and expense of the Buyer and assistance by the Auction Co. is at $75 per hour for forktruck and $45 per man hour.

Assets aged 10-15 years or more may require increased finance charges. Financing approval may require pledge of collateral as security.
