Terms of Auction The property in today's auction will be offered by the Auctioneer as an agent for the Seller, governed by the terms and conditions listed below. 1. All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranty of any kind. 2. The highest bidder shall be deemed the purchaser by the Auctioneer. Should any dispute arise between the two or more recognized bidders, the article or articles being sold may be immediately put up for resale at the option of the Auctioneer. 3. When an item is declared sold by the Auctioneer, the purchaser assumes full liability for that item and said item remains on the premises at the purchaser's risk. All items must be removed from auction premises by Jan. 31, 2019, Noon. The buyer assumes all liabilty for any personal injury or property damage suffered by buyer or caused by buyer's efforts in removal of any of their purchases from the auction site. 4. Full payment for all purchases shall be made by purchaser before leaving auction premises.
