Description	One of the nicest sets of equipment to be offered in 2018. Most of this is late model John Deere and Case/ IH equipment. There are some beautiful Peterbilt trucks and some very nice trailers as well as fertilizer equipment, construction equipment and automobiles. All equipment will sell ABSOLUTE. We have tried to include photos that a buyer may want to see on the site- if you need additional information, please don't hesitate to contact our office. There is NO buyer premium being charged at this auction. Online bidders- there will be NO buyers premium charged for your purchases. There is a $50.00 per vehicle fee assessed to handle titlework. It is with mixed enthusiasm that we offer such an exceptional line of equipment at Public Auction on December 17th, 2018. The Schmid family has worked hard for years assembling this group of machinery and now, due to some health issues within the family, their direction has shifted, and the money generated from the sale of this equipment serves the family better in another place. Two of their sons, Brody and Royce have a rare disease called Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). The family learned of this disease just days ahead of Christmas 2017. While the boys are currently very mobile and appear healthy, they will, with age, begin to show the signs associated with this terrible disease. Not much is known about Duchenne and the MDA will be on-site on auction day to educate and bring awareness of this disease. Schmid Farms will donate the first $25,000 from the auction proceeds to Cure Duchenne, anyone else who is moved to make a donation will be doing so knowing that they are supporting the research to help combat this terminal disease. The equipment being presented will be offered to the public at ABSOLUTE AUCTION. There is no debt that encumbers this excellent offering; we invite you to inspect these items and see if this isn't one of the nicest, cleanest and diverse sets of equipment to be offered at any one owner event. For those of you who cannot attend, this entire offering will be available via simulcast online bidding at the sites listed in the catalog, there is NO BUYERS PREMIUM LIVE OR ONLINE for this event. All buyers understand that items remaining on the lot after the auction are being left at the owners risk and that Martin Auction Services, L.L.C. will not be responsible for their security, safety or location. All items are subject to bidder/ buyer verification- all buyers understand that any information given via catalog or verbal representation should be confirmed by the buyer and do not in any way constitute a warranty, guarantee or in any way hold the Auction Company liable for what they may or may not be. All loading/ un-loading will be performed as assistance only and is limited. Buyers are responsible for their own loading and rigging. This is not included as part of normal service. Any damage to an item in the loading & unloading process will be considered the fault of the owner of the property and NOT Schmid farms or Martin Auction Services, L.L.C. or its owners or its employees. All bidders/ buyers agree that they are liable for full payment of all items purchased on their buyers numbers. Auctioneer will settle all disputes and his word will be final. All announcements made on auction day will take precedence over any previously printed or spoken data. Any item may be removed from the auction without notice. Sales tax of 6.25% WILL APPLY to equipment & vehicles. Buyers who are using items in their farming operations are able to sign a Farm Exemption waiver for those items. All vehicles and trailers do have titlework to accompany them. All titlework must be completed with Martin Auction- NO open titles will be given out. No titles will be given out on auction day.

Shipping / Pick Up

All buyers are responsible for their own pickup, loading and rigging. We do assist with loading but will be limited - hours are from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM Tuesday, December 18th through Friday, December 21st or by appointment (talk to Rob or Echo). Please send a paid receipt with anyone coming to load out. All items are left at the buyers risk.
