REGISTRATION: It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to provide a complete and accurate profile at the time of registration. All bidders must be 18 years old and provide valid drivers license information at the time of registration. The Bullseye Auction Inc. reserves the right to deny registration at it's discretion. PAYMENT: By registering to bid and participating in our auction events, you agree to abide by the payment terms stated in the details of each Auction Event. SALES TAX: All Sales are taxed according to state regulation. 3.9% if auction is at our building or in County....7.9% in the city of Pueblo unless you have a valid UPDATED resale license with Bullseye Auction dba BumbleBee Auction TAX EXEMPT: It is the Bidder's responsibility to provide the appropriate resale or exemption certificate for each auction at which the Bidder makes a purchase. If you do not provide a valid updated license you WILL be charged tax...NO grey area....We are not chasing down licenses...it is your responsibility to provide prior to payment. AUCTION ITEM DESCRIPTIONS: All items are described and believe to be correct by the selling parties. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by Owner/Seller or Bullseye Auction Company concerning these items or lots shall be construed as a warranty either express or implied. ITEMS AND LOTS ARE SOLD AS IS - WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidder acknowledges that all items and lots were available for inspection prior to the auction and, by these terms, The Bulleye Auction Company and Owner/Seller encouraged Bidders to carefully inspect each item prior to bidding. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY ITEM SOLD. Please note we are estimating the size of several of these pieces of carpet as we are lacking room for display/measurement. In the event our description is off more than 10% you are not resonsible to purchase or we shall negotiate at time of pickup. WITHDRAWAL OF ITEMS: From time to time, it may become necessary to withdraw items from a sale after they are listed. The Bulleye Auction Company realizes this is an inconvenience and will not take this course of action lightly. However, we do reserve the right to remove items from the auction in the event the need arises. REMOVAL: Once the auction is over, the buyer owns the item. The Buyer assumes all risk of damage and/or loss of the property until removed from sale premises. The pickup information is stated in each auction event's details. Bidders who fail to pick up items won by the removal deadline will incur storage fees in the amount of $50.00 per day per invoice unless arrangements are made, lose their bidding privileges, and be subject to any court costs to recover amount due. WHAT IS A BID: When a bid is placed a contract is made. The bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid and win, you are contractually required to buy the product at the said price you bid. Placing a bid on this Site, and winning, then not paying for the product is illegal in Colorado, and prosecution will result. Do NOT confirm bid unless you have means to purchase product.
