Ingress / Egress easement from Mingle Rd that has been surveyed. The land itself has not been surveyed and does have a structure / older home on the property .
$5,000 Down payment and contract signing within 5 days of auction close. Balance at closing on or before 30 days from court approval. Sale of property is contingent on court approval. Property is sold as is, where is with no warranties or representations of any kind. Sale of property is not contingent on financing , appraisal or inspections. Property has not been surveyed and survey will not be provided. 10% Buyer's premium will be added to final bid to determine final sales price.
