Description
Annual firearms auction part 2 Proof of license is mandatory for all firearms & ammunition purchases with the exception of Antique status firearms. All amunition is pickup only. Gun powder will be removed for all powder tins needing shipping and tins will be considered empty for all online bidders. All restricted firearms will be shipped after the transfers are complete and will not be removed on auction day. Conditions stated in descriptions is our personal opinion and should not be considered a garuantee. We encourage bidders to take advantage of preview times to ascertain thier own opinions. It is our recomendation that you have any firearms checked by a licensed gunsmith before firing
Valid firearms license to bid on non-restricted firearms, and restricted license for restricted firearms. No license needed for antique firearms. Bring gun locks & cases for transporting. Those not producing a valid gun license will not be allowed to bid on Restricted, non-restricted firearms or ammunition. All other items are open to anyone to bid. Visa, Mastercard, Debit and cash 15% buyers premium for online & absentee bids 5% buyers premium on site

Payment Terms
All amounts are in Canadian dollars. Payment is due on completion of the auction with shipping amounts calculated later.
There is no shipping of non-restricted or restricted firearms across the Canada/US border. We can ship to a firearms border company for such purposes but all costs and details are the responsibility of the buyer. For Canadian buyers, we will do our best to keep the shipping costs low and will pack to arrive safe. All shipments will be sent insured with tracking and signature required. Firearms must be paid for at completion of auction. Shipping is calculated after and delt with seperately. Ammunition is pickup only.
