Description
Antique Acres, located 1/2 mile north of Lewistown on Hwy 191, operated as an antique store for many years. This auction includes the complete store inventory. The Antiques & Collectibles will be sold in large lots. The real estate located, at 517 US HWY 191, Lewistown, Montana, will be sold at 6:00 P.M. in a separate online auction. 1) Accepted methods of payment are Cash, Check or Credit Card. There will be absolutely no charge backs on credit card payments. 2) All merchandise must be removed (or shipping arranged) no later than Sunday, October 21st, 4:00 p.m. MDT. Buyers are solely responsible for removal of their purchases. Auctioneer will arrange for shipping at the request and expense of the Buyer. 3) All property is sold as is, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The auction company is working solely on behalf of the seller. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, functionality, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor of the auction merchandise. United Country - Shobe Auction & Realty may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction BUT MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS. In no event shall United Country - Shobe Auction & Realty be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. BIDDER SHALL BE THE SOLE JUDGE OF VALUE. Bidders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may not return any item they purchase. Many lots in this auction are selling with a high quantity of items in the lot; exact quantity is approximate. If the Buyer chooses not to ship, he/she understands and acknowledges that they will be fully responsible for disassembly and removal of their purchase(s) from the auction premises.

Buyer checkout/merchandise pickup will occur on the following dates: THU, OCT 18, 2-6 PM SAT, OCT 20, 10-4 PM SUN OCT 21, 1-4 PM Buyer's account must be paid in full before checkout will occur. All merchandise must be removed (or shipping arranged) no later than Sunday, Oct. 21, 2018. Pickup location is on-site at Antique Acres, 517 US Hwy 191 N, Lewistown, MT. Shipping is available at the expense of the Buyer, and will be handled by the Auction Company. Shipping fees will be actual cost plus handling fee, using USPS flat rate boxes when possible. We will strive to keep shipping costs at a minimum. A daily rental fee of $10-per-day, per-invoice will begin after October 27th. Buyers are solely responsible for removal of their purchases.
