2018 BCTV Octoberfest Auction The 26th Annual fundraising auction to support community media in Berks County. BCTV is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. All auction lots are donated for the benefit of BCTV. Our auction is available for online bidding 9/18/18 through 10/19/18. The auction rings will close live on television with phone bidding available 10/15/18-10/19/18. For more information visit bctv.org.
