Construction Auction On-Site: Mort's Auction Field 4377 E. US Hwy 36 Markleville, IN 46056 Monday, October 15th @ 2 PM Ed Apple of Apple Excavating is retiring and selling all of his construction equipment at auction to the highest bidder. All of Ed's equipment was purchased by him at dealerships and has been well-maintained. NOTE TO BIDDERS: ABSENTEE BIDS (Typically the Maximum Amount you will pay for an item prior to the live auction starting) should be placed through HiBid.Com and will automatically carry-over at start of auction. LIVE ONLINE BIDDING will be offered through ProxiBid only. Please be sure to Register and Bid (if applicable) through HiBid (ABSENTEE ONLY BIDDING) or ProxiBid (LIVE BIDDING DURING AUCTION) prior to the auction starting Monday, October 15th @ 2 PM EST. Terms: No buyer premium for onsite bidders, Cash, Check with bank letter of credit, MC, Visa, Discover with 3% processing fee, Online bidders have a 15% buyers premuim which includes the credit card processing fee. Buyer premium for online bidders will be capped at $ 1500. All titiled Vehicles will have a $40 title/ paperwork fee per vehicle. 7% Sales tax will be collected on all purchases including vehicles unless for farm use or resale by businesses or licensed auto dealers. All items to be removed from auction field within 1 week unless arrangements have been made with Management. All purchased items become the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as the item is sold. There will be a Title/Document Fee add to all Titled items $20 Paid by Seller $40 Paid by Buyer. Fee includes: Title processing and USPS Priority Mail (with tracking number) delivery, if applicable.

Terms: Cash, Checks will be scanned for verification and electronic deposit. Payment by Check and/or Credit Cards ( Master Card, Visa, or Discover) will be charged 3% in additon to the purchased amout.
