The sale is currently open for bidding. You must register with a valid credit card and agree to the terms and conditions to bid. Directions: From Monticello, Ky take Hwy 92 east 9 miles to Hwy 1759, go south 3.6 miles to Parmsleyville Road 2.3 miles to the Property. Watch for Signs! Selling 164+- wooded acres, hunting cabin with electric, well water, and septic. This property has 4,900 +/- feet of frontage on the Little South Fork of the Cumberland River in the Parmsleyville Community. Timber, Oil Production, Bear, Deer, Turkey, Cabin, electric, Well, all weather roads, Fording stream for access. All timber, oil production, minerals, and improvements are being conveyed. Oil production records are available upon request. Access to the farm is by way of Fording across Little South Fork to a gated and locked entrance. You can drive or cross the river by foot or vehicle depending on the river's level. The Wayne County PVA office records indicate 12 of cropland and 150+- wooded acres. The 12 acres are currently planted as food plots. Survey tape has been placed in areas that are deemed to be markers from older tape ribbons and are not guaranteed to be accurate but merely a representation of borders.
