We have partnered with Semper Fi Firearms located at 440 E Brannon Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356. They will be handling the transfer of all firearms. If you are the winning bidder you will contact the auction company to arrange payment. Once payment has been verified you can take your paid receipt to Semper Fi Firearms to collect your firearm(s). Buyer is responsible for all transfer and shipping fees. Semper Fi will collect all fees associated with transfer paperwork and/or shipping to a different FFL dealer. Transfer paperwork fees average $50 per gun. Buyer is responsible for checking all local and federal laws regarding the purchase and possession of Firearms & Ammunition. Buyer will be responsible for all fee's charged by Semper Fi Firearms to do background checks and handle transfer paperwork. PICKUP SCHEDULE: Please call or text auctioneer at 859.221.9373 to schedule an appointment during the allotted times for pickup. Buyers with no appointment will be served on a first come first serve basis, but those with appointments will be helped first. Most items will be brought by the auction staff to the check-out area for pick up. If you purchased a large item such as a pool table or exercise equipment, furniture, etc… you are responsible for bringing packing materials, tools, and any helpers needed to load your items during pickup.
