Remember the items listed here are not the full catalog, only what we are opening for online absentee bidding. This is an extensive estate and may include 2 or 3 additional auctions.

All items are sold "as is where is" the Auctioneer assumes no liability for any guarantee made by the seller The auctioneer is not liable for any injury, damage or loss incurred in connection with the sale. Purchaser assumes responsibility for items when "sold" or upon delivery to purchaser Statements made on day of auction take precedence over previously written material. All purchases are to be paid in full on the day of sale and prior to removal from premises If a dispute arises bewteen two or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the dispute or resell the item.

Shipping / Pick Up

We can ship items via USPS priority shipping. The shipping and handling will be decided based on both shipping address and the number and weight of the items being shipped. You will be notified of the shipping charges after the auction has been completed. You can also pick up any items on the Monday following the auction at our location 2850 O'Neal Ave Pueblo CO 81005. Pick up time is between 9AM-3PM Only.
