Description	Hello friends and welcome to another Robbie's online auction event. Ralph has sold the farm and is moving to a smaller home. We are honored to hold this online auction on his behalf. You are invited & encouraged to attend the open house in order to inspect the items for condition, age, style, specs., etc. All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranties or guaranties of any kind. No returns or refunds of any kind. All items are located at 1854 100th Street New Richmond, WI 54017 Inspection: Tuesday Sept. 18th from 3:00pm - 6:00pm Auction ends: Wednesday Sept. 19th beginning at 6:00pm Removal: Friday Sept. 21st from 10:00am - 4:00pm There will be loading assistance for large equipment on the date of pick-up only. Please bring your own help for furniture as the auction company will NOT be assisting in moving furniture.

Please note that if paying with a credit card (Visa, M/C, Amex or Discover card), the buyer's premium is 13%. We will honor a 3% discount for cash or good check. No sales tax. All items must be paid for when the items are picked up. Items must be picked up on the date and time shown. There will be loading assistance for large equipment on the date of pick-up only. Please bring your own help for furniture as the auction company will NOT be assisting in moving furniture.
