All items sell AS-IS with no warranties of any kind. All buyers understand that items remaining on the lot after the auction are being left at the owners risk and that Martin Auction Services, L.L.C. will not be responsible for their security, safety or location. All items are subject to bidder/ buyer verification- all buyers understand that any information given via catalog or verbal representation should be confirmed by the buyer and do not in any way constitute a warranty, guarantee or in any way hold the Auction Company liable for what they may or may not be. All items are subject to a 5% buyers premium for onsite bidding or 8% buyers premium for online bidding. All loading/ un-loading will be performed as assistance only and is not included as part of normal service. Any damage to an item in the loading & unloading process will be considered the fault of the owner of the property and NOT Martin Auction Services, L.L.C. or its owners or its employees. All bidders/ buyers agree that they are liable for full payment of all items purchased on their buyers numbers. Auctioneer will settle all disputes and his word will be final. All announcements made on auction day will take precedence over any previously printed or spoken data. Any item may be removed from the auction without notice. All buyers understand that Martin Auction (or any of its divisions) shall have the right to collect attorney fees, interest and/or collection costs and disbursements in the event that they shall default on any transactions(s) at this auction on this date in accordance with the "Terms and Conditions" set forth. Further, I agree to pay same. All items are subject to Illinois sales tax 6.25%. Farm equipment buyers have the option to sign the appropriate sales tax waivers. All items must be removed from their locations within 30 days of the close of the auction. Any items remaining after 30 days will have a $10.00 per day fee. Online buyers agree to provide Martin Auction authorization to complete invoice payment(s) with the registered credit card on file, in the event of default.
