Intending purchasers are advised to take advantage of the time given to view items prior to auction commencement. The auctioneer is merely the agent of the vendor in respect of the sale of goods. All disputes arising from default of title, wrong descriptions or otherwise, must be settled between the vendor and the purchaser.
