1) By Bidding in this Auction all Bidders Acknowledge the have read and hereby Accept the Terms and Conditions as set forth for this Auction. 2) Internet Premium: 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price to arrive at the total sale price. The total sale price shall be the final bid price plus the buyer’s premium of 10%. (example: Bid price $100,000 x buyer’s premium 10% ($10,000) equals $110,000 the total sale price) 3) Winning Bidder hereby agrees to enter into an “Offer-to-Purchase, Deposit Reciept & Agreement-of-Sale” with NO Contingencies whatsoever. Upon being declared the Successful Bidder by the Auctioneer and with the Sellers approval of the final sale price, an Agreement-of-Sale will be forwarded via eMail, fax, or hand delivered to the winning bidder. The winning bidder will return a signed copy of the Agreement-of-Sale before 12:00 Noon CST, September 27, 2018 (by hand delivery, or by fax or by scanning & eMail).
