AUCTION PICKUP: Winning items will be available to pick up On Site starting August 30, 2018 during regular business hours (10:00 am - 6:00 pm). All items from this auction must be picked up by the end of business (6:00 pm) on Saturday, September 1, 2018. Special handling, including shipping request, must be requested prior to the end of the auction. Before you bid, users must register online. To help verify your identity, you must register using a valid credit or debit card. Validation requires requesting a $1 hold on funds of the credit or debit card. This is a hold that will eventually expire. It is not a charge. At the end of the auction, the credit or debit card you used to register for the auction will be charged. Please make sure your credit or debit card information is up to date and has enough space for the charge. State law requires all purchases to include the state's local sales tax of 7% which will be prominently displayed. If you are a reseller or are registering on behalf of a tax-exempt organization you must enter the information when you register. Resellers must provide a copy of their valid Sales & Use Tax License identifying resale status, not just a business license. Most businesses will be subject to tax. Tax-exempt organizations must provide the Sales and Use Tax Exemption for your organization. We are required to maintain this information by law and will not make any exceptions. A buyer's premium of 15%t will be added to every purchase. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. International Content Liquidations, Inc. makes no guarantee, whether express or implied, with regard to a lot's condition, value, age, maker, etc. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all purchases before bidding. Items not picked up during the specified pickup times becomes the sole property of International Content Liquidations, Inc. If the buyer fails to pick up during the pickup times, International Content Liquidations, Inc. reserves the right to either charge a late pickup fee, dispose of or donate the items, or resell the items in a later auction. Notice is given that International Content Liquidations, Inc. will not be held liable for items not picked up within the specified pickup period. International Content Liquidations, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time before the auction closes and for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the auction for any reason. Buyer is responsible for 100% of the energy and expense of removing their merchandise from the Auction Site within the advertised removal times. Buyer agrees that in any claim for loss or damage, International Content Liquidations, Inc. will under no circumstances be held liable for more than the total purchase price of the item in question.
