Checkout Date/Time	If you are planning on picking up your wins, you can pick up Thursday the day after the auction August 16th, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Friday (August 17th) 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm, Saturday (August 18th) 2:00 pm to 5 pm OR Sunday (August 19th) 3 pm to 5 pm. Unless you contact us IN ADVANCE, these are the set pick up times with no appointment necessary. The auction company WILL NOT CONTACT you. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions given on each auction. If you can't pick up (FOR ANY REASON) before Sunday August 19th at 5 PM during scheduled pickup times, YOU MUST CONTACT US (prior to the final pickup time) to see if we are able to work with you to hold your items until a later date (payment will be expected via Credit Card or PayPal for the invoice total when requesting a later pick up). We are having 5 auctions in August and we are very limited on space!!!! CHECK YOUR EMAIL THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION as invoices will be e-mailed Thursday (08/16/2018) AS FOLLOWS: In town pick ups will be emailed prior to 3 pm (THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION). Bidders OUTSIDE of the tri-city area (Kearney, Grand Island and Hastings) will receive their invoice by 5pm (THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION) with an option for pick up OR to have your item(s) shipped. ALL OUT OF STATE bidders will receive their invoice via email by 8pm (THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION). Your invoice will include shipping and handling. PLEASE READ ALL LOTS with information. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. NO BUYER'S PREMIUM if PAYING CASH ON PICK UP!!!! 3% BUYERS PREMIUM on Credit Cards. Tax will be added at the rate of 7% unless you send a completed tax exempt form (State of Nebraska ONLY) PRIOR to the auction. Out of state buyers (having their items shipped) will not be charged sales tax. Anyone (from anywhere) picking their items up in Hastings will be charged sales tax without a completed tax exempt resale form. Shipping / Pick Up

If you are needing to have your items shipped: AFTER receiving your invoice, please email (jsiauctions@yahoo.com) or text/call 402-469-3834. Your invoice will have information on shipping. There will be an additional $2.50 to $15.00 per box for bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tape, etc. There will also be a charge of $2.50 to $5.00 per box that I have to purchase to make your items fit in a box that I do not have available. Insurance is automatically added to any and all packages valued over $50.00 or FIRST CLASS PACKAGES valued over $15.00 at a cost of 50 cents per $100.00. You will be charged for signature confirmation for any package valued over $250.00 "required by the insurance company" (which will be added to the shipping charges). I WILL NOT ALLOW OTHER CARRIERS TO PICK UP ITEMS THAT I HAVE TO WRAP. YOU CAN HOWEVER, PAY ANOTHER CARRIER TO PICK UP AND WRAP AND SHIP FOR YOU (only after the items are paid for). READ!!! YES, WE WILL SHIP YOUR ITEMS
