Description
Mobile home park located at 2700 Carroll Avenue, Lynchburg, VA located on 2.16 acres being tax parcels 02802003 and 02802004. Mobile home are NOT included. The property is currently the subject of a partition suit pending in the Circuit Court for the City of Lynchburg, VA case number CL 17000783. Sale will be "as-is" and "where-is." All sales are subject to the Court and confirmation by the Circuit Court of the City of Lynchburg.
Terms: Property sells “AS-IS”, "WHERE-IS" without warranties of any kind. Potential Buyers must perform such independent investigations with respect to the Property as they deem necessary to verify information provided by Auction Company.
