At the conclusion of the online auction, a USD $10,000 earnest money deposit will be required from the winning bidder via wire transfer. A receipt of confirmation that the wire transfer was sent must be received by American Heritage Auctioneers, LLC by 5:00 PM on Friday, July 20th, 2018. This receipt may either be emailed or faxed. American Heritage Auctioneers, LLC will be escrow agent. The balance will be due at closing on or before September 6, 2018. A 10% Buyers premium will be added to your bid price to create the purchase price. The Seller will pay for and will provide a Title Insurance Policy guaranteeing the property to be free and clear of all liens, debt and encumbrances. The Seller will convey a General Warranty Deed. The Seller will pay for the documentary stamps. All prorations will be as of the day before closing.
