Terms & Conditions Terms and conditions: All items will sale to the highest bidder. The auction will begin to close Friday at 7:00PM. Preview will be held on the same day from 12:00PM to 6:00PM. Pickup will be Saturday following the sale Friday from 10:00PM to 5:00PM. Items must be picked up and paid for at this time unless prior arrangements have been made before pickup times by calling 208-484-3228. Items are located at 2500 Ashley Ave. Nampa, ID 83651. Payment: Items must be paid for by 8:00PM on Friday day of sale. If not paid for by this time your credit card will be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS! A $10.00 Few will be added to your invoice if not picked up on Saturday following the sale. Unless prior arrangements have been made. You will receive a invoice by email. If you do not receive one please check your spam folder. Payment Method: Cash, major credit cards, or check. Invoice with be emailed within a few hours of complete auction end. There is a $30.00 returned check fee. Terms & conditions are posted it is the buyers responsibility to have read the terms and agree to them. It is the buyer responsibility to preview items. By registering to bid you have signed a binding contract. All descriptions are believed to be accurate. All items are sold "as is where is" with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. 13% buyers premium added to all items paid with a card. 10% buyers premium added to all items paid with cash or check. 6% Idaho sales tax will apply to all items. If you are tax exempt a ST101 is required to be on file with the auction company. Shipping arraignments can be made at the buyers expense.
