-All items are sold As-Is, Where-Is -All Bids Are Final -15% Buyers Premium + HST will be added the the Hammer Price -All Items must be removed by 5:00PM Saturday April 28, 2018 (No Exceptions) -Any Items not removed by 5:00PM Saturday April 28, 2018 will be considered abandoned property. The Buyer will not receive any refunds for items that are not picked up within the given pickup time. -In addition the buyer will be charged an additional $25 Removal Fee for items left abandoned. -Claims for refund can be made only in certain limited circumstances. When an error in the lot description has occurred on an item you purchased, let our pickup lead know immediately so we may rectify it. Transparency is our aim in the sale of the “as is where is” used goods. -Staff are not able to help move, pack or disassemble your purchases. Please come prepared with your own resources and tools to remove your purchases in a timely manner.

-All items must be paid in full on the same day following the close of the auction sale. All credit cards on file will be processed immediately following the auction sale. All purchases will be charged on the credit card provided following the sale unless we are notified that you will be paying debit or e-transfer.
