Each item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the auctioneer declares the item sold. All sales are final. All purchases must be paid for the same day for those in attendance or within 48 hour after invoicing for on line bidders, regardless of when they are removed. Pick up times will be Tuesday, April 10th 3:30-5:30 and Thrusday, April 12th from noon-2:00pm at Shoppingtown Mall, Erie Blvd East, Dewitt, NY. For shipping items: You may choose and make your own arrangements however, we work with The UPS Store in Auburn, NY They ship most of our items. Shipping / Pick Up

Auction Pick up Terms: Local Pick up Available (Pick ups at Shoppingtown Mall, 3649 Erie Blvd. East, Syracuse, NY 13214 April 10th 3:30-5:30pm and April 12th Noon-2pm Please call 315.447.1656 to schedule. All items must be picked up within 10 days of auction unless other arrangements have been made. Auction Shipping Terms: Auction sale items may be picked up at the Auction Site by appointment. Call Terri Peters and Associates (315) 447-1656 to make arrangements. Shipping arrangements and payment for shipping are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We work directly with The UPS Store, Auburn NY at (315) 282-0622 or via email store4789@gmail.com. After payment your item will be couriered to The UPS Store at no additional charge to you. The UPS Store will contact you to make shipping and payment arrangements or you can call them directly at 315.282-0622. All items shipped via The UPS Store will have "The UPS Store, Pack and Ship Guarantee". All items that Terri Peters and Associates have received payment for and transferred to The UPS Store Auburn, NY will have 10 business days from payment date to complete arrangements for shipping. Those items that do not have shipping arrangements will be placed in storage with a fee of $20 per day levied upon the buyer. Those items that remain in storage in excess of 10 additional business days will be considered forfeit and not eligible for refund from Terri Peters and Associated or The UPS Store, Auburn NY. Extended storage may be available for $100 per month if arranged prior to forfeit. No Exceptions.
