Bring your horses, cows, alpacas, or other livestock to this level, fenced 14 acres with 2 outbuildings and year 2000 manufactured home. Older 1987 manufactured home has been decommissioned, and has no value. Adjacent 7 acres is also available. The properties will be sold with a combined Minimum Bid of $149,000, and will first be offered individually, and then together in order to obtain the highest and best offer. Both properties are being offered at auction on Sunday, March 11th at 1:00pm. Auction Preview/Open House will be held on Sunday, March 4th & Saturday, March 10th 1-4pm, and auction day from 8am. BIDDER REGISTRATION: All prospective buyers must register in order to be issued a Bidder’s number and bid at the auction. Bidders will need proof of the appropriate deposit funds as stated below upon registration. BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 10% (ten percent) Buyer’s Premium will be charged and added to the high bid in order to determine the Final Contract Price. The successful Bidder will be required to sign an Oregon Real Estate Sale Agreement (“Purchase Contract”), and submit deposit funds on the day of the auction. DEPOSITS: A $5,000 deposit will be required for each property on auction day from the successful bidder. The deposits may be in the form of approved business check or cashier’s check. Balance of the Final Contract Price is due within 30 days from the date of the auction. Deposit funds are non-refundable upon seller’s acceptance. BROKER REGISTRATION: A 2% commission of the high bid will be paid to the licensed Real Estate Broker whose prospect pays and closes escrow on the auction property. To qualify for the commission, licensed agent must register and accompany their client to the auction.
