Description	New addition to this event 2760 Brice road...complete operation by the piece..located about .5 miles from groves road...this will be an additional pick up location. Harold's Grill has ceased business... a new concept is moving in The new users will use some of the heavy kitchen equipment...but 20 qrt mixer, espresso machine, small wares of all kinds, Tables and chairs and decorative mirrors are to be sold at this online auction. Thi Auction features several ref prep tables, bar equipment including sound and audio items, griddles, refrigeration and other items from additional sellers...these items will be picked up at our Groves Rd warehouse site. The Harold's seating and the decorative mirrors will remain in Worthington for pick up by appointment from there during the four days after the "auction" closing on thursday Feb 22. All other items are at the Groves Rd site with pick up also by apt. but additionally from 10 a.m. until 2 .p.m Friday, other times by apt. Friday sat Sunday and Monday . Please not that though items are selling as is. we want everybody to be happy so for this particular auction only... therefore a happiness guarantee is in place with a 5 (five%) of bid price restocking fee if you are not happy...THIS AUCTION ONLY...THIS WILL EXTEND DURING ALL 4 PICK UP DAYS.

Terms and Conditions

The terms for his, online auction of items from Harold's and other sellers with a closing date of Thursday February 22 2018 are explicitly agreed to by the registrant when clicking on agree to terms at the registration window. The items are selling as is with no warranties expressed or implied including the suitability of that item for any particular use. EXCEPT THAT THE BUYER CAN VOID THE PURCHASE AND PAY A 5% RESTOCKING FEE IF HE/SHE IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE ITEM...BUT ONLY DURING THE planned 4 days of pick up, being Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday following the auction ending only The purchase price will be the bid price plus a 15% buyer's premium to get the final purchase price The credit card used to register will have the purchase applied to it upon pick up unless the buyer wants to pay via cash or with a different credit card if we know in advance, However the buyer expressly authorizes the auctioneer to charge the card used to register as early at 10 a..m. on the day after the auction ends, being Friday February 22 2018 unless the buyer sends an email that he or she intends to pay cash at pick up or use a different credit card for the purchase than that which was used to register . But the registrant is granting permission to the auctioneer to run he purchase on he credit card used in the event that another credit card or cash is not provided to the auctioneer by the end of pick up times posted, being no later than Monday February 27 2018. . All credit card purchases are done so with the buyer understanding the "as is" nature of the sale and thereby agrees to void ( not implement ) any normal right of recession that follows with credit card purchases. That is the buyer using a credit card agrees that such use at this event is not subject to any dispute options that the buyer might otherwise have with his or her credit card issuing entity.
