TERMS: $2,500.00 non-refundable deposit from the highest bidder day of auction. Close with-in 15 ?days after court approval. 10% buyer's fee will apply to both live and on-line bidders. Home does sell as-is and with court approval. Again home does need updates and repairs and the condition of the mechanicals are unknown. Seller will provide clear title and a trustee's deed to home.
