Terms & Conditions Gates open on location and registration for auction will begin at 9:30am and auction will begin at 10:00am. This is a CASH ONLY auction! No checks or credit cards will be accepted for payment. Units will be sold to the highest bidder by public auction. All items in units are sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty or guarantee implied or expressed. No items may be removed from the units until paid in full including cleaning deposit. Purchasers must clean out units entirely and remove all contents from the property within 24 hours of auction ending. Units must be broom swept. Dumpster on site may not be used for unwanted contents. A $50 cleaning deposit will be charged at time of payment on top of final bid amount. Deposit will be returned to buyer upon inspection of the unit by Blue Water Mini Storage representative. Sellers, owners, auctioneers and employees are not responsible for goods once sold, damage to items or accidents to person or property.
