The parcel will be sold as described by the "Wyoming County Tax Map number: 563289-146-000-0001-033-111-0000. Seller will furnish good and clear title and updated abstract. There will be a 10% Buyer Premium over and above the final bid to determine the final purchase price. Once the property is sold the winning Bidder must sign the Real Estate contract within 48 hours and pay the non-refundable deposit of $5,000.00 in cash or certified check.
