Description	Quest Guest is a unique way for Yukon Quest fans to get a behind-the-scenes perspective of the race. Winning bidders will get the opportunity to join "their" musher for an experience of a lifetime at the start line of the Yukon Quest on Saturday, February 3rd, 2018 in Fairbanks, Alaska. They will receive a special access pass to the staging area and will ride in a second sled behind the musher and the dog team for the first ~1.5 miles of the race! In addition, winners will be able to sit down for lunch with their musher on Thursday, February 1st and will receive a ticket to the Start and Draw Banquet the same day. Each Quest Guest will also receive a signed poster and a picture taken with their musher. Individual mushers may choose to add additional "perks" to their online auction! Click on each musher's name in order to see what is included in their package. Details of the program and everything that is included are listed on the information tab on each musher's page. Net proceeds of the program are included in the race purse and directly benefit the mushers.

Terms and Conditions

By participating in this auction you agree to comply with any and all auction guidelines, as well as any and all territorial, state, federal, or any international laws that apply. The Yukon Quest shall be held harmless by any user who may experience problems or loss arising or originating from use of the system. It reserves the right to omit, remove, or re-categorize, at any time, any listing at our sole discretion. The Yukon Quest requires bidders to be of legal age and strictly prohibits any inappropriate use of the system, however we cannot guarantee that inappropriate use of the system will be prevented or noticed. The Yukon Quest does not guarantee the receipt of email associated with bid updates or winning bid notices by any user of the auction system. Minimum bid increments are set at $25 from last bid. The auction will close starting at 1:00pm AKST on Friday, January 19th, 2018. It will be a staggered, soft close with one lot closing every 10 seconds in succession. (Soft close- meaning each time there is a bid on a musher the closing clock will be pushed back three minutes.)

Shipping / Pick Up

Winning bidders are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to Fairbanks, Alaska to participate in the Quest Guest experience. Please take note of the dates of the Luncheon, Start and Draw Banquet, and Race Start as listed in the Auction Information section.
