PROPERTY OFFERING ONLINE AUCTION 12420 HWY 290 CHAPPELL HILL, TEXAS 77426 Procedure: The property will be offered for sale via the RE BidSales process with sealed and/or online bidding with bids to be completed by 12pm CST January 31, 2018 the bid deadline. Earnest Money: $10,000 of High Bid Price is due immediately from successful bidder and acceptance by seller payable to Washington County Abstract Company. Remaining balance of High Bid Price is due at closing. Bid Acceptance: Property is being sold with reserve. Successful Bidder shall immediately sign Purchase Contract to be presented to Seller.
