All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS. No guarantees made on any items. Statements made on auction day supercede any printed materials. Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse bids from anyone for any reason. When the auctioneer says "sold", the item belongs to you. You are responsible for it, and the auction company will not be held liable for it for any reason. In case of tie bid, the auctioneer reserves the right to open up bidding between only the two parties to determine the highest bidder. In case of tie bid between absentee bidder and "on site" bidder, the bidder at our location will prevail. 10% Buyers Premium will be added to all items sold, without exception. All items must be paid for on Auction Day! Items not picked up by the following Monday evening will be sold in the next auction. We are closed on Sunday's. Shipping / Pick Up

Items must be picked up from the location no later than 5pm on Wednesdayday after the sale (Unless arrangments are made with James 214-325-4431). Shipping should be arranged by you, we are not a shipping company. Your bid is an agreement to these terms, and you will be charged for the items as well as any and all shipping charges.
