Purchaser assumes responsibility for items when "Sold" or upon delivery to purchaser. 5. Statements made on day of Auction take precedence over previously written material. 6. We charge a 10% Buyer Premium to all buyers. 7. We do not take less than a $2 bid. 8. Unless otherwise stated, this auction is not an absolute auction. 9. Returned checks will cost you an extra $30. 10. Auction workers have the right to bid and buy at this auction. 11. If the auctioneer misses your bid, the State law prohibits us from reopening the bidding. Often a runner has called out your bid but the auctioneer has at the same time taken a bid from someone else. This is unfortunate so if you think a runner has taken your bid but perhaps not the auctioneer, hold your card up again. He will not up your bid amount if he had you in the first place. 12. You may view the auction items previously to and during the sale. Bidder may not return an item even if it is not what he or she expected. PLEASE! Know what you are bidding on. Boxes and paper are usually available for you near the left wall but we suggest you bring your own packing supplies in case we run out. Please use the trash cans if you have purchased food. Thank you!
