TERMS & CONDITIONS: ABSENTEE BIDDING POLICY: As a convenience to clients, if you cannot attend the Live Auction, you may leave an Absentee Bid in person, by phone and online. All Absentee Bids are bid competitively. Absentee Bidding will end on Tuesday, December 19th at 5:00 PM central time. The Live Auction will begin at 10:00 AM central time on Wednesday. Buyer's that leave absentee bids with JBRauctions staff in person, online or by phone, a buyer's premium of 13% will be added to successful bid price and is due as a part of the total purchase price. If paying buy cash or approved check, the applied buyer's premium is 10% saving you 3%. Applicable Oklahoma Sales Tax shall also be added to the purchase price in addition to the buyer's premium. Valid credit card information (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) is required to secure your absentee bid. Absentee bids not uniform to the auctioneers increments will be rounded up to the next bid increment. Bids submitted by telephone, email or online must be received by 5:00 PM the day preceding the Auction. We will accept absentee bids in person up to the time of the Auction. In the event of identical absentee bids, the earliest received will be recorded as the highest bid. We are not responsible for lost or unexecuted Absentee Bids. At the conclusion of the Online Absentee Bidding the High Bidders at that time may receive an email that states "You MAY HAVE WON" an item in the Auction. That means that your current high bid will be taken to the Live Auction by our designated bidder for you - it DOES NOT mean you have won that item at that time, the final winning bidders are determined at the Live Auction! We will notify all Successful Winning Bidders by email or phone within 24 hours of the completion of the Live Auction. Payment of successful Absentee Bids must be made within 24 hours of notification of winning bids. Unless prior arrangements have been made with JBRauctions, any merchandise not removed by 5:00 PM the Saturday following the Live Auction will be subject to a daily storage fee; any merchandise not removed within 10 days of the sale date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of as seen fit by JBRauctions. No Refunds! NON-PAYING BIDDER POLICY: A Non-paying bidder is a person who wins the Auction through the bidding process but does not follow through with the transaction. By using our online bidding platform, bidders agree to all terms and conditions of Auction. As a bidder, if you have the highest bid and the Auctioneer strikes the item down to you - you are obligated to complete the transaction. Bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances such as unannounced severe condition problems or clear typographical errors. Bidders who fail to fulfill their obligation to purchase the item(s) they have won through the bidding process will be banned from participating in any future Auction. In addition, non-paying bidders will be reported to the online bidding platform; as well as being reported to other Auction companies through the National Auctioneer's Association, Oklahoma & Arkansas Auctioneer's Associations and any Auctioneer's association in the State which bidder resides. CONDITION OF ITEMS: Bidder inspection is encouraged. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All items sell as-is, where-is, with NO guarantees or warranties of any kind. No refunds and no adjustments shall be made! By bidding on any item the bidder shows acceptance of these terms and conditions and all other terms announced at the time of sale.
