Payment Terms
Payment is due on Auction Day. We accept cash and checks with proper ID. Any buyers unkown to Martin Auction should have a current bank letter of Guarentee. NO ITEMS WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL. Any items paid for by check will be held until the check clears.
All buyers are responsible for their own pickup and loading of items. Buyers will have Saturday the day of the auction as well as Monday and Tuesday of the following week to remove items. All items must be removed by December 14th. Please send a paid receipt with anyone coming to load out. All items are left at the buyers risk.
