Utilities on the property include electricity and a holding tank. Property is partially fenced and has a storage shed. TERMS: Property to be sold at Absolute Auction on Dec. 5th, at 1pm. Auction conducted on site, or bid online at HIBID. Sold As-Is w/ no reserve. 10% nonrefundable earnest money day of the auction. Close in 15 days. 10% buyer's premium. Seller agrees to pay title insurance and 1/2 of closing doc fees. AGENTS: 3% paid on bid price to outside agent with pre-registered buyer. Please register your client at least 2 days prior to the auction. Agents must be present at the auction representing their clients to receive eligible commissions. Bidding is not contingent upon financing. Financing is buyer’s responsibility and should be pre-arranged, if needed, so as to pay cash at closing.
